Our client is seeking an **Administrator** to join their operations in the **Galgorm area.**

**Pay Rate**:Depending on experience

**Working Hours**: Monday to Thursday 8:15am - 5:15pm, Friday 8:15am - 1pm

**Job Type**:Full-Time, Temporary Ongoing Position

**Job Duties**:

- Answering incoming calls; taking messages, dealing with queries and re-directing calls as required
- Data Entry and filing
- Printing and photocopying
- Maintaining office systems
- Liaising with staff in other departments

**Job Criteria**:
**Essential**:

- Experience within a similar role
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Exp. Using Excel formulas
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels in the organisation

**Desirable**:

- Previous Accounts / Purchasing experience
