**Job Type**: Part-Time (20 hours)

**Working Hours of Role**: 08:30 - 12:30, Monday - Friday (negotiable)

Applicants must be flexible with working hours due to the nature of the business, involving travel to client sites.

**Responsibilities**
- Prioritise workload to ensure a proactive approach to deliver the compliance administration requirements of all clients.
- Assist in general administration duties as requested by the Principal Consultant and other members of the team.
- Development and maintenance of contents within client management systems.
- Liaising with the team, clients and certification bodies.
- Client site visits to assist in administrative duties for general site visits and audits.
- Additional duties as required to fulfil business needs.

**Qualifications**
- Essential: Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 package; including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
- Essential: Computer confident.
- Essential: Minimum Grade C in GCSE Mathematics, English Language and ICT.
- Essential: Ability to work effectively under pressure with excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Essential: Ability to work both in a team and independently.
- Essential: Confident, upbeat and quick learner.
- Essential: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Essential: Meticulous work approach with a strong attention to detail.
- Essential: Flexible and adaptable individual.
- Preferred: Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
- Preferred: Compliance experience, to include ISO / Health & Safety / Quality / Environmental Standards.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £11,500.00-£13,500.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ballymena: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 3 years (required)
- Administrative experience: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:
