Herts and West Essex ICB's Community Resilience, Personalized Care and Health Inequalities team, are pleased to announce a vacancy for a full-time administrative support officer. This is a 12 Month Fixed term role to support project plans and administrative tasks currently in the team.

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, motivated, and knowledgeable individual to support the ICB as a Project Officer. This is an exciting time to join the ICB and be part of a system wide team changing the way services are developed and delivered across the region.

The Project Officer will support the monitoring of various projects, collating and presenting information whilst working closely with other programme and project managers to coordinate key meetings including agenda planning, minute taking and action tracking.

This is a great developmental opportunity for someone who is keen to move into project management. You can expect good support and will have access to continuing professional development opportunities as required. You will be educated to a degree level or equivalent level of qualification. A recognised project management qualification would be desirable.
- Provide high quality project, service, initiative and administrative support including information and analysis.
- The post holder will undertake reporting and analysis of information to support delivery
- The post holder is a key member of the team whose overarching goal is to enable, promote and support the effective use of data, information, knowledge and technology to improve, inform and support a portfolio of projects, services, and initiatives.

NHS Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care Board (ICB) is the local NHS organisation that plans and oversees how NHS money is spent and makes sure health services work well and are of high quality.

The ICB’s role is to join up health and care services, improve health and wellbeing and reduce health inequalities for the 1.5 million people who live in Hertfordshire and West Essex, and combines 35 NHS Primary Care Networks, Acute Providers, Mental Health, and Community Trusts, as well as incorporating 2 County Councils.

The post-holder will provide dedicated project support to specific projects within the Community Resilience, Personalized Care and Health Inequalities team,

The post holder will co-ordinate key meetings including agenda planning, minute taking and action tracking.

Develop and maintain templates; reporting tools and tracker/information system and make changes to these where it is deemed necessary.

Work with scheme and project leads to ensure that the necessary project documentation is completed within specified timeframes.

Participate in relevant internal and external working groups which will support the delivery of schemes and projects.

The post holder will be expected to use their own initiative, and have proven excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, to make sure the Community Resilience, Personalized Care and Health Inequalities team, operates both efficiently and productively to ensure delivery.

The ability to analyse and interpret a range of project information, issues, options, and situations across the broad range of workstreams within the ICB.

Design and implement project/programme monitoring tools, including highlight reports and identification of items for escalation.

Work with the Associate Programme Director to ensure co-ordination of various meetings, agendas and minute taking.

Initiate and coordinate communications and responses on behalf of the Community Resilience, Personalized Care and Health Inequalities team,

Develop and manage effective working relationships with a wide range of organisations service providers and service user representatives.

Prepare reports and presentations for a range audience.

Use different programmes and information systems to create reports and presentations in relation to all aspects of programme management.
