This well-established Herts based company is looking for an experienced office administrator to join the team. Currently it’s a small team but they are expanding due to extra workload so there is potential for development and possibly progression for theright person. It’s a busy office with Engineers coming and going and can get hectic and busy so if you’re looking for a quiet administrative role, this is not for you It would suit someone who has previously worked in a construction, property maintenanceor scheduling role.

The hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday

There is free parking

Whilst full training is given you will need some core skills:

- Be proficient on Word, Excel & Outlook
- Have good data entry & typing speeds
- Have a clear concise and friendly telephone manner.
- Be accurate with good attention to detail
- Be reliable and willing to learn new systems.

Ideally you will have your own transport although the offices are easily accessible by train & bus.

In short this is a great role in an expanding company with a good bunch of staff and Directors
