Full-time - Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
Company
Responsibilities:
- Processing documents
- Managing the reception desk; meeting and greeting clients.
- Handling the online portal (Document and esignature management)
- Ensuring the database is kept up to date.
- Dealing with various external agencies
- General office duties such as post, scanning, virtual filing, photocopying
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies
- Setting up Direct Debits and monthly billing
- Raising invoices
- Taking payments by telephone or in person
- Mailchimp bulk mailshots & monthly newsletter
Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- IT literate & competent with Microsoft Packages
- Ability to work to strict deadlines with good planning skills
- Works well in a team environment
