Full-time - Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm

Company

Responsibilities:

  • Processing documents
  • Managing the reception desk; meeting and greeting clients.
  • Handling the online portal (Document and esignature management)
  • Ensuring the database is kept up to date.
  • Dealing with various external agencies
  • General office duties such as post, scanning, virtual filing, photocopying
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies
  • Setting up Direct Debits and monthly billing
  • Raising invoices
  • Taking payments by telephone or in person
  • Mailchimp bulk mailshots & monthly newsletter

Skills:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • IT literate & competent with Microsoft Packages
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines with good planning skills
  • Works well in a team environment
