Office Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team.
This is a multi-functional role, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail and exceptional interpersonal skills.
As an Administrator your role is key to the business function. Duties will include but are not limited to; raising orders, invoices and closing files. We use a paperless system, which this employee will be jointly responsible for maintaining and keeping up to date.
**Role Requirements**
- Excellent attention to detail and strong administration skills are essential
- First-rate communication skills and confidence to liaise across the business
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment, managing and prioritising your workload
- Essential to work to month-end deadlines in conjunction with the Accounts department
- Strong IT skills
- Be driven to completing tasks and have a meticulous eye for detail
- Self-motivated and highly organised
- Formal qualifications would be a distinct advantage
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year
