We are hiring for 2 Office administrator's for 20 hours each, hours may change to full time to cover holidays and sickness.

- Answering and directing phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greeting and assisting visitors to the office
- Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Providing support such as filing and photocopying documents
- Managing and organising office supplies and inventory
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Creating and maintaining electronic and physical files
- Typing correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Sales with new and existing clients.

- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
- Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to handle calls professionally
- Proficient in data entry and general clerical tasks
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Comfortable working in a computerised office environment
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
