**About Us**
Pridea Sales and Lettings was initially formed in 2010 as a day to day management service of a large property portfolio. Pridea has been growing through successful relationship building and the hard work, experience and dedication of the employees to become what it is today.
As you can probably tell by the company name, we take great pride in what we do and go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that everyone that we work with is provided with the greatest service possible. We focus on getting things done the right way and aim to give the best experience to everyone, it could be landlords looking for tenants, private owners looking to sell their house, or tenants looking for a new home, we strive to make the process as easy as possible for those involved.
**About the Role**
- Handling day to day communications
- Customer service
- Qualifying applicants / Registering on system
- Assisting sales and lettings team members
- Diary management
- Arranging property viewing and survey appointments
- Marketing
- Creating and updating filing systems
- Preparing and updating spreadsheets
- Updating window display
- Sales and Tenancy progression
- Business administrative support
- Archiving electronic records and files and general file administration
- Be responsible for general office housekeeping
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £20,000.00-£22,500.00 per year
