THE BUSINESSnWestray Recruitment Group are in the process of recruiting a Sales Administrator to be based at our clients Lincoln office to join their ever-expanding team.

This opportunity has come from growth within the company and they are looking for a professional and experienced individual to join their team and assist with supporting the sales function within the office, as well as all administration involved.nOur client is a market leading manufacturer & distributor of agricultural products through the whole of the UK.

Our client is seeking to hire a Sales Administrator to join their team based in Lincoln. Candidates from a sales or customer service background are encouraged to apply.


THE ROLEnLiaise with customers & sales representatives regarding orders, lead times and site delivery dates.nConverse with all departments in the company to obtain relevant information regarding works and projects, maintaining a constant line of communication to the sales department.nPerform all relevant administration tasks and uploading data onto internal systems.nSales order processing from emailed, faxed and telephoned orders onto D365 ERP systemnAssisting in daily operations and assisting in other areas of the company as required.


THE PERSONnThe ideal candidate will hold experience in a similar role.nDriving licence is pretty essential due to the location of sitenStrong administration skills with a meticulous approach to their work.nComfortable within a customer facing/service rolenExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal.nCustomer orientated with a strong 'can-do' attitude.nMicrosoft Office literate with experience in all programmes.
