Office Administrator

We are looking for Office Administrators for a very busy Distribution firm based in Lincoln.
We have both full time and Part time roles available.
**Duties include**:
- Providing a friendly welcome and high-quality service over the phone and with guests onsite
- Monitoring orders and liaising with relevant departments to ensure orders are processed
- Finding suitable solutions to meet demands & Managing all price changes
- Carrying out all necessary checks as required - Vetting Procedure for drivers
- Assisting management with the smooth running of the depot
- Taking bookings and business enquiries
A typical day at work will involve: Start planning how the day will be run, dividing employees into a group of team and following a well planned strategy that suits everyone.
