Dwane Plumbing and Heating LTD are seeking an Office Administrator to support our growing plumbing and heating business. We work across various sites in the East Midlands for national housebuilders, completing the fitting of plumbing and heating in new build homes. The role will include liaising with customers, engineers and supporting the Director and Business Manager with day to day tasks, this role will be varied in the tasks that we need completing, no day will be the same.

Duties to include:

- Booking customer care appointments - Ensuring all jobs are scheduled correctly and realistic time frames are given.
- Maintaining a strong working relationship with our client's customer care team, by providing a helpful, polite and efficient service.
- Reporting back on the outcome of jobs to our client's customer care team, including photos where necessary and arranging for any further remedial works to be completed.
- Updating our engineer's schedules when jobs are booked in
- Dealing with queries from customers/engineers promptly
- Inputting and checking time-sheets submitted by engineers, and inputting data onto our system
- Ensuring company vehicles have MOT's and are serviced etc.
- Creating sales invoices, and processing purchase invoices
- Helping with maintaining the accounts system - could include Payroll, VAT Returns, processing Bank transactions.
- Carrying out administrative duties such as filing, copying, scanning etc.
- Answer Phone Calls
- Process Gas Safe registrations
- Maintain/update company holiday/sickness planner
- Creating and updating spreadsheets
- All ad-hoc administrative duties

**Key Skills Required**
- Capable of working in a busy environment, with the ability to multi-task
- Diary Management
- Good Computer skills, including experience of Word and Excel. Experience of using Sage would be highly desirable but not essential, as training will be given.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Good telephone manner
- Follows tasks through until completed

Previous experience in the plumbing industry is desirable but not essential.

**This is a full time, permanent position, working Monday-Friday 9.00am-5.00pm. Holiday is 28 days including bank holidays. Salary £17,000 - £19,000 dependant on experience.**
