We are a well-established accredited Services Company seeking a part time **experienced administrator** to join our small and friendly team.

Should be a good communicator, be a team player, show professional approach and be self-motivated.

Good Geographical knowledge of the Greater London area would be an advantage.

The daily tasks will include:
First point of contact on the Service Helpdesk

Answering calls and enquires by phone.

Scheduling appointments with customers and co-ordinating engineers in the most efficient and cost saving manner.

Invoicing

Job Duties:

- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns

Work Remotely
- No

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

**Benefits**:
