**We have an opportunity for an Head Office Administrator to join their team of staff in the Administration department.**

**This is a Full time role for 37.5 hours a week. Hybrid working available.**

**Applicants should meet the following criteria**:

- Demonstrable administrative experience; fully competent in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, outlook; Note-taking experience
- Experience in working for multiple stakeholders
- Experience working in a multi-site environment
- Ability to handle conflicting priorities
- Excellent interpersonal skills

**Duties of this role include**:

- Provide a confidential and professional administrative service to Decontamination’s Director and assist in the smooth and efficient running of the unit
- Management of meeting documentation relative to the Senior Management Team (SMT) to include: timely issue of agenda and associated documentation; attending meetings to produce minutes and circulate as appropriate to the meeting. Meetings include operational and financial meetings plus employee relations meetings
