What does the role involve?

Working as part of our Customer Service Team you will be the first point of contact for a wide range of our customers from Drivers to Fleet Managers. You'll be responsible for providing excellent service by supporting them with any of their requests. To ensure you are set up to be successful, you'll receive industry-leading training to allow you to get to grips with the ethos of Novuna and how we work. Once you have completed your training onsite, you will have the option to work from our Newbury office a minimum of 2 days a week. The typical working hours are from 8:30 -17:00, with a late shift to be worked every 7 weeks from 9:00-17:30.

**Some of your key duties will include**:

- Supporting customers with their quote or order queries
- Liaising with specialist teams where needed

What are we looking for?

You're passionate about delighting your customers and get a real kick out of providing a good service. You come with strong verbal and written communication skills with an excellent eye for detail. Where possible, you enjoy taking ownership of queries to get them resolved.

Also, we're looking for the following:

- Friendly and helpful telephone manner
- Willing to learn new skills
- Able to work on your initiative
