Freixenet Copestick are searching for a Customer Services Executive to respond to and resolve Customer queries in a professional and timely manner and process their orders.

As the Customer Services Executive, you will help our customers get the best Customer experience in an effective and efficient way.

**Please note: This role is a fixed term contract.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Processing of orders in Merlin (Jascots ERP System)
- Responding to Customer queries and providing solutions to problems
- Communicating with Customers on any changes to order delivery volumes or

timings
- Liaising with the Warehouse & Distribution team on stock and delivery issues
- Updating the Sales team with any Customer issues
- Keeping up to date with Jascots portfolio in order to give Customer advice and

guidance

**Requirements**:
**Experience**
- Excellent written and spoken communication
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Knowledge of the Food & Drinks industry - Desirable
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Problem solving skills

**Person**
- Good team player
- Enthusiastic and a willingness to learn
- Looking to grow within a fast-moving environment.
- Interest in Food & Beverage industry

**Skills**
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Great communication both verbally and in writing
- Excel and data analysis
- Attention to detail

**Working Environment**:

- Hybrid working minimum 3 x days in the Newbury office 2 x working from home
- Monday - Friday core hours of work between 8am and 6pm
