What does the role involve?
Working as part of our Customer Service department, you'll receive **industry-leading training** through our Customer First programme and our** accredited EV (electric vehicle) Academy**. Working as part of a small team, you'll use your newly-gained knowledge and skills to delight customers whilst helping with a wide variety of queries and requests. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth end to end customer experience is provided at all times.
Attendance of the Newbury office will be required for the first 4 weeks to ensure for robust training and to allow you to get to grips with the ethos of Novuna and how we work. Following initial training, the role will then adapt a hybrid approach with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office once you've completed your training.
The starting salary for this role is £23,000, rising to £24,000 upon successfully completing your probation.
**Some of your key duties will include**:
- Overseeing the inbox and answering inbound calls, with the aim to resolve customer queries at first point of contact where possible
- Communicating with internal and external customers via inbound and outbound calls, to ensure all relevant detail is obtained
- Working collaboratively with the team to ensure we are providing an amazing customer experience
What are we looking for?
You are a self-motivated individual with a great attention for detail. You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment alongside a driven and enthusiastic team. You're passionate about delighting your customers and enjoy taking ownership of queries to get them resolved.
Also, we're looking for the following:
- IT literate, in particular strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- Analytical mindset and comfortable learning new systems and processes
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- A positive can-do attitude and ability to work on own initiative
- A background in customer service or administration
