**THE ROLE**

We are seeking a detail oriented, organised and motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Graphic Designer. This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced individual with a track record of success, looking to further their career. **RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work as part of a talented digital content team creating innovative and compelling digital assets from ideation through to delivery.
- Work closely with the E-Commerce, Content and Social Media teams to ensure all graphics are complete and approved in advance of deadlines.
- Working as part of the content team to curate, and develop best in class design, that adheres to our brand guidelines and communicates to our global customer demographic.
- Meet expected KPI volumes.
- This role outline does not limit your duties and Disturbia may, from time to time, require you to undertake any other work within your capacity and appropriate to your seniority within the Company.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Design degree or similar.
- Excellent Adobe skills (Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign)
- To be able to create inline with brand voice and tone.
- Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities and projects.
- Passion for fashion and youth culture.
- Strong typographic eye.
- Confidence, self motivation and excellent trend awareness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- 2+ years experience in a similar role.
- E-Commerce experience preferred.
- Video editing and photo retouching an added bonus.

**THE PERSON**
They should be dynamic in their approach as they will need to react quickly to ever changing environments. Finally, they will be charismatic and confident, happy interacting with different audiences and peers.
