We are seeking a detail oriented, organised and motivated individual to join our team as an Accessories & Homeware Designer. This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced individual with a track record of success, looking to further their career. You will make up part of a UK-based company with a global mindset, striving for our online community to be a place of total inclusivity, as well as a movement of people who dress, think and act outside the box of normalcy.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct seasonal research, trend analysis, and create mood boards for collections.
  • Develop and design across multiple product categories in line with the brand aesthetic.
  • To design with a strong awareness of price architecture, margins, and market pricing.
  • Creation of product specification and technical packs/size charts.
  • To undertake product assessment and amendment.
  • Support in the product development from sampling to production, working in line with critical path and deadlines; liaising with factories. 
  • Factory visits and fabric sourcing trips.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, Fashion Design Degree or similar.
  • Previous product development experience. An excellent technical understanding of accessories or homeware design and development.
  • Excellent knowledge of our market sector and trend awareness.
  • Strong CAD, Photoshop, and excellent Illustrator skills.
  • Confident and competent communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience using spreadsheets: Excel / Numbers.
  • Graphic design, 3D design, and PLM experience a bonus.
