This is an exciting opportunity to join our creative team. We’re expanding our team and are looking to recruit a talented Lead Creative to join our inhouse team.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- To define, develop and manage the graphic style of Disturbia.
- Lead the Graphic Design team and orchestrate the visual aesthetic of the brand.
- Conceptualise campaign creative art direction.
- Produce exciting and unique print and embellishment graphics for our clothing, accessory and shoe collections.
- Produce exciting and unique assets for homepage, social media, and advertising.
- Produce branded sundries for various graphic promo materials.
- Working directly with the Senior Management, eCommerce, Fashion Design, Content and Social Media teams to ensure successful execution of brand graphic narrative.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years experience in a similar role or agency environment, in a GD Senior role.
- Design degree or similar.
- Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities, projects and teams.
- Excellent Adobe skills (Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign)
- Strong typographic eye.
- Keen knowledge of our market sector.
- Confident and positive team-player with a collaborative nature.
- Passion for fashion and youth culture.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Demonstrable experience of delivering a wide range of design projects.
- eCommerce experience preferred.
