**THE ROLE**

We are seeking a detail oriented, organised and motivated individual to join our team as Head of Creative. This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced individual with a track record of success, looking to further their career. **RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Reporting to the Brand Director, provide ownership and realisation for the creative direction through leadership of the in-house creative team across quality of all still, moving image and graphical creative content creation for all customer facing areas.
- Evolve and champion a leading creative vision, setting business wide expectations to ensure consistent and retained creative values.
- Maintain brand guidelines across all customer touch points.
- Work with the Digital Content Manager to develop and maintain industry leading E-Commerce content across all clothing and non-apparel products, developing and testing new style guide move-on options seasonally across various shoot teams.
- Deliver on-brand, audience-first, innovate creative direction to inspire and grow our audience and community, lead the concept creation through to digital delivery with the support of the wider content team.
- Be at the forefront of industry trends and drive digital content and support with wider marketing ideation and strategy.
- Support with creative direction and marketing ideation for the go to market calendar and wider brand moments and direction across all platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong network of successful freelance creative and agency contacts to aid in effective and quality production of content.
- Work with the Digital Content Manager to manage seasonal financial budgets.
- Manage, coach and develop a team of in house and freelance Graphic Designers, Photographers, and stylists, and content creators.
- Raise awareness of brand profile and product launches by supporting and curating marketing events throughout the year
- Work collaboratively with the content team to creatively deliver on brand, best in class copywriting, design, and photography throughout all digital and physical media.

This role outline does not limit your duties and Disturbia may, from time to time, require you to undertake any other work within your capacity and appropriate to your seniority within the Company.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- 5+ Years experience in creative content management and direction.
- Extensive experience in a hands on, technical Photographic, Graphic Design or Art Direction leadership role within the Fashion Industry within a content or marketing function.
- In depth knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design and wider photographic software.
- A solid understanding of studio and location digital photography across both E-Commerce / Creative environments, video production experience a bonus.
- Understanding of customer experience methodology, brand management, marketing, advertising and E-commerce.
- Excellent eye for creative direction, brand voice, and commercial quality
- A passion for creativity, subculture fashion, and making a difference.
- Ability to work independently, and collaboratively with multiple business areas.
- Proven experience in managing in a creative environment.
- A pro-active nature, with an impeccable eye for detail.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately whilst under pressure.
- Effective communication and presentation skill set.

**THE PERSON**

They should be dynamic in their approach as they will need to react quickly to ever changing environments.

Finally, they will be charismatic and confident, happy interacting with different audiences and peers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £45,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
