Senior Servicenow Developer

The role will be responsible for ensuring that solutions are implemented within the organization while meeting or exceeding customer expectations. Having direct hands-on experience with ServiceNow, with the proficiency of the implementation and developmentlifecycle will be needed for this role.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead as an experienced ServiceNow Developer, mentoring and supporting junior the team members
- Own, govern and review all development within the ServiceNow platform
- Ensure all requirements are understood, developed, tested, and delivered to specification
- Evaluate technical impacts from and coordinates implementation of new product releases
- Manage complex technical challenges, define pragmatic solutions and communicate key messages to customers and other stakeholders
- Work closely with various teams to identify solutions and improve ServiceNow capabilities
- Lead the platform design integrations
- Design & Implement a range of solutions based on the ServiceNow platform including, but not limited to:
- Define and maintain technical governance, principles, standards and policies
Desired Experience
- 3+ years' experience in the configuration and development of the ServiceNow platform in an enterprise environment
- Experience with one or more of the following: Java, Angular JS, NodeJS, Jelly Scripting, JQuery, JavaScript, XML, HTML 5 and Web Services Integration
- Experience with developing ServiceNow in any of CSM, ITSM, ITOM and ITBM
