Networking: Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our services and expand our professional network.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development initiatives, adjusting strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
Requirements A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the legal industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with individuals at all levels.
Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and drive.
Strong analytical skills to assess market opportunities and develop actionable strategies.
A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business growth.
