About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join our client's team and contribute to the success of their product portfolio. You will be responsible for assisting the product management team in collecting and managing product information, developing knowledge of products, and presenting product performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the product management team in collecting and managing product information across the entire portfolio.
  • Develop knowledge of products, including applications, features, and unique selling points.
  • Present product performance metrics, including sales revenue, margins, and pricing, segmented by market, region, and key customers.
  • Conduct competitive research to provide insights on product comparisons in sales, margins, pricing, and USPs.
  • Support the creation of new product specifications to guide the development team.
  • Gather and organize sales data to facilitate the building of business cases and aid in sales forecasting and margin targets.
  • Assist in planning and executing product sales and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials, such as data sheets and catalogues.
  • Coordinate the production of installation videos and animations with external consultants.
  • Help generate and deliver sales presentations for the sales team.
  • Provide support for internal and external product training sessions.
  • Capture and categorize ongoing product feedback from customers for the product management team.
  • Research and compile information to assist in product-related decision-making.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role supporting product managers or marketing/business management teams is preferred.
  • Basic commercial understanding and analytical skills are essential.
  • Exceptional research skills with the ability to compile information into coherent and accessible documentation.
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Quick learner with excellent information retention and recall.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A personable character with strong collaboration skills to work effectively across departments and with customers.
