Dedicated Care Support Associate

At UKCIL Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Cramlington, with a salary of £32,000 per annum.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year's experience providing physical care and be able to safely drive an adapted automatic Mercedes Sprinter Van. As a non-smoker, you will be required to maintain a smoke-free environment due to a life-threatening allergy.
This role involves providing medical and personal care, including 12-hour shifts, day shifts, and waking overnight shifts. You will work closely with the rest of the care team to provide high-quality, around-the-clock support for individuals with complex needs.
