Business Technology Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our Business Technology team at Organon. This is an excellent opportunity for a student placement to gain practical experience in a technology analyst role and build a strong foundation for success in their future career.
The position is based in Cramlington, Northumberland, at the Organon Manufacturing site. As a key manufacturing facility since 1975, we produce over 5 billion tablets each year, focusing on the production of Human Health products.
As a Business Technology Analyst, you will have the opportunity to support, develop, and improve our IT systems and processes. You will work in a professional and friendly environment, collaborating with experienced professionals to deliver business value and drive innovation.
The role involves implementing new IT systems to support business requirements, developing new business systems to meet business needs, and providing technical expertise to implement and integrate new and existing systems and technologies.
You will also have opportunities to manage and deliver your own projects with support from team members, ranging from Digital Innovation to Automated Manufacturing Systems, Laboratory Systems, IT Infrastructure, and networks.
Maintenance and development of existing IT systems is also a key aspect of this role, including participating in change management processes, visualizing and analyzing production critical data, and working in an Agile environment to deliver business demands and drive business value.
Additionally, you will maintain compliance to Organon Corporate and Regulatory guidelines for IT systems, applying the Organon specific System Development Life Cycle to systems and producing supporting documentation for the implementation of new systems.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2:1 in a relevant IT discipline
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver to deadlines
Salary Range:$65,000 - $85,000 per annum
