We are currently looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Technical Services Division.
Applicants must have outstanding organisational skills and the ability to manage and facilitate multiple projects. The role requires previous Graphic Design experience, whether this be from higher/further education, or from working in the field.
**Daily duties will include**:
- Being creative
- Designing a range of items - from brochures and leaflets, to catalogues and stationery.
- Briefs can be varied and will include things like designing signage, brand identity and web content creation.
- Ensuring any design work can be produced - liaising with production teams.
- Demonstrating a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Working in collaboration with other designers and directly with clients.
- Problem solving when faced with unexpected questions and/or challenges.
- Being able to manage multiple jobs and tasks simultaneously and be able to adjust immediately to changing priorities.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in Graphic Design - ideally within the industry, however a strong portfolio and degree/HND level experience may be considered
- Experience in a print production environment would be useful
- Knowledge of key industry-based software, including Adobe CC
- Experience with working with MacOS
- Knowledge of creating print-ready PDFs
- Willingness to learn will be essential for this role
**Working hours**
Monday-Friday - 40 hours per week.
