Customer Service/sales Co-ordinator

Due to the continued success, growth and expansion of our company Ammeraal Beltech A/S based in Halesowen are now looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic person to join our busy customer service department and have the following full time vacancy
**Customer Service/Sales Coordinator**
Full ongoing training will be provided.
**Salary**: We offer a competitive (above that in the industry) salary which is based on a combination of experience and the attributes of the chosen individual.
**Bonus scheme**: You will be eligible to participate in a monthly bonus scheme and details will be provided on starting.
**Pension**: The Company operates a pension scheme that meets the requirements of automatic enrolment and into which you will be enrolled after 3 months employment.
**Holidays**: You would be entitled to 24 days holiday during the holiday year 1st Jan to 31st Dec.
**Hours**: Our normal hours are 8.30 am to 17.00 pm, Monday to Friday with one hour unpaid lunch i.e. 37.5 hours per week.
**Flexible Hours**:We do offer our employees flexible working hours when required e.g. Child care issues arise. But, the role is predominantly office based Monday to Friday.
Ideally, with previous experience working within a busy sales office in a customer service role, processing orders/quotes, answering the telephone and general admin tasks.
Accuracy and ability to work under pressure are vital.
Good communication and IT skills are essential.
