Office Co-ordinator

Daily duties will involve;
- Take enquiry calls from customers and ascertain their requirements
- Provide detailed written quotations to customers
- Source items needed to complete the job
- Liaise with customers and employees to arrange for works to be completed. Ensure that the job is managed from start to finish and sufficient labour is available to meet customer expectations
- Participate in meetings internally
- Ensure that all work adheres to deadlines and meets quality standards
- Complete all required paperwork or systems-based documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure that all work complies with internal policies and procedures
- Create and maintain good customer and employee relationships
In addition to daily duties, key tasks will include;
- Ensure all activities are performed safely and accurately in accordance with all relevant legislation, policies and company guidelines
- Performing high standards of work following ISO procedures

We are looking for someone that has excellent communications skills and can use their own initiative to work without constant supervision. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence.
Salary is £25,000 per annum.
Core hours are 7.30-16.00 Monday to Friday, but flexibility to suit customer needs is expected.
