Safe Fence is a fast paced, agile company that this year was ranked as the UKs fourth fastest growing privately owned company by the Sunday Times FastTrack 100. As part of our rapid expansion Safe Fence is looking to build out its Transport Department.

We have a new position within out Transport team for a self motivated team player that has a 'get stuck in' attitude. Our own fleet has doubled in the last 12 months as well as demand for 24 hour deliveries from our customers, we are looking for an individual to support the next stage of growth in the company.

A Transport Co-ordinator is required to:

- Support the Transport & Operations team with their day to day activities.
- Liaise with customers regarding delivery times, delayed deliveries, queries & quotes.
- Administration duties on our new CRM and Accounts system, tracking system and compliance system as well as filing paperwork and managing transport compliance folders.
- Schedule deliveries and plan routes for Safe Fence vehicles & outside hauliers.
- To watch over and control issues and urgencies on behalf of management, purchasing and sales teams.
- To process incoming delivery notes and to monitor stock in and out of the business.
- Communicate and co-ordinate with suppliers on fleet and plant maintenance (Book vehicle inspections, repairs etc) as well as liaise with consumables suppliers to ensure stores are kept maintained.
