A small company working on behalf of a leading boiler manufacturer, we are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our busy team.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Van & tool checks
- Booking in jobs for engineers
- **On call** for customers and employees
- Delivery of vans for new starters
- Provide excellent customer service before and after an engineer visit
- Accompany the team up and down the country to meet with engineers and provide equipment checks when required.

**ON CALL**:
On call is a requirement, the responsibility is split between two other office members as well as yourself. On call phone lines are open 24/7 including evenings, weekends and bank holidays to assist with customers. During on call shifts, you will receive extra pay additional to your salary.

**WHAT YOU WILL BRING ALONG**:

- Proven experience in Office Administration
- Able to use your own initiative, invent processes and develop ideas further
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptable to change - no two days are the same here at Elite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Proficient in using software and other administration tools
- Valid full driver's license and reliable transportation
