We are an independent provider of reliability and condition based maintenance solutions, consultancy and training services and our Engineers work closely with our customers to help them improve productivity and prolong the life of critical machinery, our aim is to become the stand out maintenance and reliability service provider in the UK.**

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-moving business which has benefited from recent investment and has strong growth plans. We are currently recruiting an Office Administrator to join our front of house administration team. This role is a 6 month fixed term contract, to be considered you will be in a commutable distance to our office in Rotherham, South Yorkshire and be willing to work 5 days a week on site.

**What will I be doing?**

Due to recent successful growth, the Asset Reliability team has an exciting opportunity for a Office Administrator to support the Admin team in various office administration duties at their office in Rotherham.

Some of your daily tasks will include:

- Book overseas & UK travel / flights, hotels etc.
- Management of Reception, greeting guest, answering phones.
- Preparing course documentation and set up of training room.
- Manage current Company Vehicles.
- Checking sales invoices and posting to ledger on Sage 50.
- Managing stock levels
- Tracking customer product orders & managing goods in/ out
- Raising customers quotations.
- Completing vendor questionnaires.
- Raising Purchase Orders.

***What experience do I need?**

Our team consists of highly skilled and qualified people and we want our new recruits to have the same attitude, aptitude and appetite for what we do.

Some of your skills/experience may include:

- Ideally you will be an experienced Office Administrator or Receptionist
- Confidence to be front of house and deal with internal and external customers up to Executive level
- Comfortable answering the phone and have a good phone manner
- Happy to multitask and take on various different duties
- Able to work autonomously and manage your own workload
- Demonstrable experience with the Microsoft Office suite including; excel, word and outlook
- The ability to work with numbers and carry out finance admin duties accurately
