This is an exciting opportunity to join our small team of experts. We have an immediate opening for a Office Administrator.

JJA Pack Limited are a company with a worldwide reputation within the Food and Beverage industry that we serve. We supply new and bespoke process systems, as well as maintain and service existing equipment from various suppliers. We design, produce, and deliver world class liquid filling and chocolate handling equipment to solve our clients process problems. With over twenty years of industry experience, we provide reliable, high quality machinery that our clients rely on.

Job Role:

- Liaise and co-ordinate with engineers / suppliers to place orders for spare parts and projects.
- General Stock control and management, including receiving orders from suppliers both from the UK and overseas.
- Raising quotes to customers, then invoicing as required.
- Maintaining customer and project files both hard copies and electronic.
- Responsible for arranging shipping of spares and machinery.
- Collating and invoicing of engineers site visits.

Having some engineering knowledge or experience would be beneficial

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour
