Office Administrator - Rotherham

We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Administrator to join our team in Rotherham, UK. This is a key role that requires excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment inventories to ensure efficient operations.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations for various departments.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with colleagues and external parties.
  • Manage office filing systems and databases to maintain accuracy and organization.
  • Assist with the organization of company events and training sessions.
  • Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
