About the Opportunity

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrative Support Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent contract. This role involves providing support to the regional team and will require occasional travel to other regional offices.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative support to the regional team.
  • Coordinating and reporting on information and data in a timely manner.
  • Supporting and monitoring business processes including recruitment, human resources, finance, training, and IT.
Requirements:
  • Two years' experience in a similar role.
  • Line management experience.
  • Excellent typing and computer skills in all Microsoft Office packages.
  • Minute taking and verbal dictation experience.
  • Office management experience including use and collation of office credit cards.

  • A salary of £36,528 per annum, pro-rata + excellent benefits.
