">About the Role
">We are seeking an experienced Regional Administration Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent contract (37.5hrs per week). The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our regional offices, supporting the management team, and contributing to the development of digital ways of working.
">The ideal candidate will have at least two year's previous experience in a PA type of role, excellent computing skills, and proven experience of minute taking and verbal dictation. They will also be able to travel occasionally to support with minute taking or other tasks.
">Key Responsibilities

- Coordinating and reporting on information and data in a timely manner.">
- Supporting and monitoring business processes including recruitment, human resources, finance, training, and IT.">
- Ensuring the effective use of office credit cards and managing office operations.">
- Drafting letters and reports in line with company policy.">
