We have a great opportunity to join our Supply Chain Optimisation Team as a Training & Process Change Executive. As part of our Training and process Change and Improvement Team, you’ll be working in one of the most dynamic areas of Sainsbury’s, supporting us to continually improve our Supply Chain processes and training offer.
Within this team you will be aligned with the Data and Analytics teams, you will partner with them on all areas of supply chain to collaborate on, facilitate and manage process change, with a key focus towards training development.
As the Training & Process Change Executive will require you to be highly driven, creative and passionate when it comes to process mapping, innovative communications and training. You will have the autonomy to explore new methods of engagement and content creation, bringing creative flair to training plans and change comms. You must have the ability to work autonomously, an ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders, have excellent facilitation skills, a keen interest in Process Management, training development and communication methods and practices, and a strong attention to detail with proven skills in prioritisation and organisational skills.
**What you need to know and show**
Creative, reactive and confident individual with a passion for creating communications and training content
Proven experience ideally in both training and process mapping roles, with demonstratable experience of engaging users particularly new starters in how and why to use the supply chain system landscape
Strong written communication skills
Ability to write correspondence, training manuals, handouts, and step by step training procedures
Have high attention to detail, commitment to observing, testing and re-developing solutions to ensure an ever improving training experience
Personable, relatable character who can build positive relationships with a diverse set of colleagues Able to build effective, collaborative relationships with stakeholders
Excellent planning skills and able to manage competing priorities, working effectively under pressure
Confident working independently and as part of a team.
