Database Account Executive:Club Sports Group is seeking a dynamic and effective Database Account Executive to join our our studio level head office team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the efficient keeping of our studio database management. This role requires a huge level of attention to detail, is results driven and is extremely time efficient.

Job Role:Role: Database Account ExecutiveSalary: £26,000 per annumHours: 9am - 6pm, Monday to Friday, at certain points this may need to flexible.

Job Description:This role will be responsible for the daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks needed to maintain efficient standards across our studio’s database management and our data insight procedures. Ultimately this will result in maintaining high member  experience (database management) and will help us have a transparent view on the business performance to drive further decisions (data insight).
Key Responsibilities 
Database Management:
  • Set up all new direct debit memberships accurately and efficiently
  • Set up all upfront memberships accurately and efficiently
  • Create all accounts correctly for all parts of the sales funnel where necessary.
  • Sort all timetables and coordinate any changes with Studio Managers based on their studio requirements. 
  • Update any ongoing adjustments to timetables throughout each programming phase. 
  • Process refunds when requested by Studio Managers and signed off by MD or PL.
Data Insight Management:
  • Via Rotafit process all weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to MD and PL in an organised and transparent fashion. 
  • Pull lists of members, revenues, and visit reports from Mindbody.

Prerequisites:
  • Experience of working on Mindbody (preferable)
  • Experience of working on Loyalsnap (preferable)
  • Experience of working with a CRM system.
  • You’ll have to demonstrate a clear understanding of all process and tasks set for you.
  • Experience of delivering in areas of administrative management.
  • You can work across several studios (between 5 + 10) in an organised and efficient manner
  • Organised and methodical. 
  • You are proactive in the presence of daily problems and difficult situations. 
  • You are a team player. You understand sometimes you have to get in at the deep end with the rest of the team to resolve a situation.
