Zoom Ahead Ltd is a growing company within the automotive events industry. We are looking to recruit an Events Administrative Assistant to provide pre-event and on-event support at various events including media drives, product reveals, motorsport events and others.
This is a great opportunity to join the exciting world of automotive events and grow your skills with an expanding company.
**Responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:
- Stock management and organisation of event merchandise and uniform. Managing distribution on event.
- Onsite administrative tasks to support daily event operations such as printing and distribution of daily schedules.
- Supporting the Managing Director with administrative paperwork, ensuring deadlines for submissions are met in a timely manner.
- Ensuring any payments of tickets and tolls for the client’s fleet are paid in full.
- Working cross-functionally where applicable to ensure the smooth running of on-site operations.
**Requirements**:
- Proficient in Microsoft packages (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Ability to use own initiative and be confident to work independently
- High level of organisation, detail orientation and ability to time-manage across multiple deadlines
- Embraces teamwork and collaboration
- A valid passport and the ability to travel internationally.
- Full driving licence
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate event schedules.
- Good communication skills; must be articulate and professional both in written and verbal form
**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year
