Click4Assistance is a well-established SaaS provider based in Basildon, Essex. We specialize in B2B Web Chat Software and Chatbot/AI solutions, offering enterprise-grade software solutions to a diverse range of industries such as finance, education, and both local and central government sectors.
The company is currently seeking to expand its team by hiring a business administrator to assist primarily with the financial/bookkeeping activities, however you will also have the opportunity to assist other areas of the business such as sales and marketing from an administrative perspective.
**What will your role look like?**
- Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm based in our Basildon office.
- Assisting the finance manager in aspects of purchase and sales ledger
- Working and updating spreadsheet to ensure information is correct.
- Assistance with monthly payment runs.
- Assistance with monthly invoicing together with new and amended orders.
- Credit control.
- Reconciliation
- Archiving and filing
- Administration and assistance with other business activities
The majority of your time will be primarily with the financial/bookkeeping activities, however you will also be exposed and involved within the sales and digital marketing activities of the business.
**What are our key requirements?**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous roles in accounting including sales and purchase ledgers.
- Experience using MS products such as Excel, Word, Outlook
- Time management
- Attention to detail.

Please note, this role requires full time (9am to 5:30pm Monday - Friday) onsite attendance at the administrative offices in Basildon, Essex.
Pay: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
