- Coordinate individuals and departments to achieve agreed outcomes
- Update in-house systems with project information
- Provide support with operational projects
- Assist the Managing Director and Leadership Team with daily operational activities
- Prepare and maintain operations documents and reports
- Assist with monitoring and controlling business operations to meet client expectations and company goals
- Ensure compliance with relevant acts, legal and regulatory requirements, and ethical standards
- Stay up to date with technology and suggest improvements to existing processes
- Liaise with external IT consultants
- Assist with ensuring data security, IT, and disaster recovery policies are in place and working
- Keep an up-to-date register of hardware, software, and staff passwords
- Assist with planning and organizing conferences, events, staff training, and team activities
- Practice the FCA Conduct Rules and relevant FCA rules at all times
- Comply with relevant compliance, TCF, T&C, and financial crime procedures at all times
- Follow appropriate ethical standards within the firm at all times
- Maintain relevant CPD and record accurately
- Maintain all standards of performance as required by the firm
The successful candidate will receive a basic salary of £20,000 - £24,000 Per Annum.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will have:
- 2 years' experience in customer service or a similar role
- Personal Assistant experience welcomed
