  • Ensure compliance with relevant acts, legal and regulatory requirements, and ethical standards
IT:
  • Stay up to date with technology and suggest improvements to existing processes
  • Liaise with external IT consultants
  • Assist with ensuring data security, IT, and disaster recovery policies are in place and working
  • Keep an up-to-date register of hardware, software, and staff passwords
Marketing and Events:
  • Assist with planning and organizing conferences, events, staff training, and team activities
Compliance:
  • Practice the FCA Conduct Rules and relevant FCA rules at all times
  • Comply with relevant compliance, TCF, T&C, and financial crime procedures at all times
  • Follow appropriate ethical standards within the firm at all times
  • Maintain relevant CPD and record accurately
  • Maintain all standards of performance as required by the firm
Package Details:

The successful candidate will receive a basic salary of £20,000 - £24,000 Per Annum.
