Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an organised and experienced Personal Assistant to the Managing Director for our client, a leading design and manufacture of specialised process and packaging equipment. The successful candidate will provide administrative support and manage calendars, coordinate and schedule meetings, and oversee general office administration.
Responsibilities:
• Managing telephone communications via Microsoft Teams
• Providing administrative support and managing calendars
• Coordinating and scheduling meetings, including preparing agendas and recording minutes
• Typing correspondence and preparing documents
• Arranging, planning, and coordinating both domestic and international travel
• Processing expense submissions for the Managing Director
• Organizing and planning corporate events, meetings, and conferences
• Overseeing general office administration
Requirements:
• Exceptionally organised with strong time management and multitasking abilities
• Experienced in providing PA support, demonstrating confidence and initiative in managing a fast-paced, high-pressure workload
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, as you will interact with clients and colleagues across all levels
• The position demands a high degree of discretion, trustworthiness, adaptability, and a proactive approach to embracing and leading change
• A sharp attention to detail is essential to ensure accuracy in document preparation and task scheduling
