Administrative Support Officer

About the Role:
We are seeking an Administrative Support Officer to join our team at Palmers Solicitors. As an Administrative Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our busy and progressive law firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing documents for scanning and quality checking of scanned documents
- Updating relevant information within our document management system
- Supporting the warehouse team in re-organising stored files and retrieving closed files
- Liaising with our external storage facility to arrange the retrieval and return of files
- Assisting with incoming deliveries and general administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Computer literacy and an eye for accuracy
- Ability to work within a varied role using your own initiative
- Occasional requirement to work at heights, retrieving files from our warehouse storage racking
