Job Title: Helpdesk Administrator

Job Summary:
CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Helpdesk Administrator to join our team. As a Helpdesk Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage the Helpdesk inbox, ensuring all activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Schedule reactive and help desk call outs, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Process purchase orders and invoices, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Support the Office and Contract Managers in the administration and delivery of departmental objectives.
  • Attend to queries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • General administration support, including data input and organization of day-to-day work.

Requirements:
  • Help Desk Experience
  • Experience in FM
  • General Administration
  • CAFM knowledge

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 17:30pm

Salary:
£25-28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Important:
Must have previous experience working in the role above and be able to start immediately.
