Senior Administrative Coordinator

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Administrator to provide administrative support to the Commercial and Purchasing teams at a leading organization in Basildon. The successful candidate will assist with procurement activities, monitor subcontractors' training and insurance details, and prepare interim payments for approval.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of enquiry packs and collation of tender information.
- Maintain up-to-date records of subcontractors' training and insurance details.
- Prepare and submit interim payments for approval by Surveyors.
- Issue contra-charges as directed and update progress on the valuation system.
- Analyze returned enquiries and create comparison spreadsheets.
- Handle the order procedure by producing spreadsheets and placing orders on the company's information system.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a detail-oriented approach, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
