Returns Administrator Assistant

About the Role:
Our client, a leading retail company, is currently seeking a Returns Administrator Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis for approximately 4 months. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills and work in a collaborative and supportive environment.
We have two roles to fill, with variable shift patterns available. You will be working closely with the customer service team to resolve any issues or queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing returns and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- Ensuring all paperwork and documentation is completed and filed correctly - attention to detail is essential.
- Working closely with the customer service team to resolve any issues or queries.
- Utilising your PC expertise to navigate various systems and software.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in working with computers and software.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
