HR Administrator | Full time| Hybrid

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator to join our People Team. In this role you will be supporting all aspects of the transactional HR activities within the fast-paced HR Shared Service environment, providing an effective and efficient central service and be the first point of contact for data and information ensuring activities are conducted within the defined SLA's.

**THE SALARY**:
Up to £28,000 per annum - dependant on experience

**Hybrid**:
This will be a Hybrid Role, whilst most of the work can be carried out in a home office environment, there is a requirement to attend team meetings every 1-2 months at one of the companies offices throughout the UK as requested.

**ROLE RESPONSIBILITES**:

- Act as first point of contact for advice and guidance to colleagues, stakeholders and external contacts; signposting onwards as appropriate.
- Management of the EV People inbox, responding to and, wherever possible, providing first contact resolutions within the agreed SLA's.
- Overall ownership and responsibility for associated HR processes, letter production and documentation covering the employee life cycle, including (but not limited to) starters, leaver, contract variations, background checks, probationary reviews and leave management.
- Working with external provider to ensure Right to Work, Visa and Background checks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- To play a key and active role within the UK HR Team, attending meetings and assisting as required.

**OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE**:
Qualifications. A Level 2 in English & Maths and a CIPD Level 3 - desirable not essential

Experience. You will have previous experience of working within a shared services administrator role, able to adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment, the ability to prioritise multiple tasks, have strong attention to detail, experience of working on HR system (ideally Ceridian Dayforce). You will have strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. You will be a team player with a flexible attitude in order to respond at speed to changing priorities. Working as part of this great team, together you will continuously evolve the services offered and enhance the employee journey with EV Cargo.
