HR Generalist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised HR Generalist to join our team at Equals One Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting the delivery of our People Strategy across both companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support in all aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Manage employee data, ensuring accuracy and currency
  • Coordinate the leaver process, ensuring a seamless transition for departing employees

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Proven experience in HR administration or a related field

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time role, working 25 hours per week over 5 days. The estimated salary for this position is £22,000 FTE, based on location and industry standards.
