This business is at the forefront of instant and zero emission deliveries, with a turnover of over £10M and more than 1 million deliveries a year. They already have partnerships in main cities across the UK, including London, Birmingham, Liverpool and Manchester,and a footprint across Europe
They are now looking for a BDM that can help them make their ambitions come true.
**What’s in it for you?**
- A base salary between £30,000 and £50,000
- OTE of £80K+
- Clear progression to Regional Director in 2 years
- Hybrid workplace Monday to Friday: 1-2 day per week from the office minimum (team day once per week) and 2-3 days WFH or onsite
**On your day to day, you will**:
- Spread your week across the London office, prospecting clients on-site (across cities in the UK) and WFH
- Contribute to maturing existing accounts
- Identify new revenue by generating B2B channels
- Understand the wants and desires of SME’s and Enterprise businesses
- Help building the wider BD team
- Sell tailored solutions - inner-city logistics is never one-size-fits-all
- Strong knowledge of selling value and purpose over bottom-line cost (emission free deliveries)
- Report directly to the COO
**Our client is looking for someone who**:
- Has at least two years of experience in sales/fast moving goods B2B sales
- Has experience in selling a service
- Shares their company values and objectives and is passionate about the role
- Is results driven, hungry to grow accounts and progress within a maturing start-up
- Has high-level communication skills and is able to articulate their thoughts to senior stakeholders
- Logistics or e-commerce experience are desirable, but not essential
