Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Projects professional to join our team, reporting to the Regional Director. The ideal candidate will have established connections and relationships within the MEP and building fabric sectors of the construction industry, frameworks, and direct client opportunities. They will also have strong communication skills, experience of building pipeline, expanding, and creating opportunities to support business growth plans and a track record in securing business.

About You:

The successful candidate will have experience and a proven track record in the construction industry, either from an operational, business development, pre-construction, commercial, estimating, or professional team background. Relevant experience of the MEP sector within the construction industry is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of the divisional projects pipeline to achieve targets
