Customer Service Executive main duties:

- Sales Order Processing (SOP)
- Purchase Order Processing (POP)
- Produce Order Acknowledgements and follow up
- Returns administration
- Delivery update Calls
- Production scheduling
- Project delivery coordination
- Logistics, Purchasing and Accounts liaison
- Answering main incoming calls

Customer Service Executive desired skills and experience:

- Must come from either an office or a telesales background
- Self-motivated, tenacious, driven to succeed, and results oriented
- Excellent attention to detail, especially on data entry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills comfortable in networking with internal and external contacts
- Friendly demeanour that can build relationships easily
- Can-do attitude
- Operate as part of a wider team
- Excellent organisational skills
- Competent Level of IT Skills

The working hours for this position will Monday - Friday, 08:00am - 17:00pm.

For all of the above our client will be offering a salary of up to £26,000, dependant on experience, plus additional company benefits.
